Ingredients

  • 1½ lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons LL Lemon Soul Seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon + zest
  • ¼ cup dry white wine or chicken broth
  • Fresh parsley and lemon slices for serving
  • Pasta, rice, or crusty bread for serving

Instructions

  1. Season the shrimp. Toss shrimp with LL Lemon Soul Seasoning until evenly coated. Let sit 10 minutes while you prep other ingredients.
  2. Sauté the garlic. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant — don’t let it brown.
  3. Cook the shrimp. Add shrimp in a single layer. Cook 2 minutes per side until pink and curled. Work in batches if needed.
  4. Build the sauce. Add white wine (or broth) and lemon juice to the pan. Let it bubble and reduce for 2 minutes.
  5. Finish and serve. Toss shrimp back in the sauce, add lemon zest, and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread.
