Ingredients
- 1½ lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons LL Lemon Soul Seasoning
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon + zest
- ¼ cup dry white wine or chicken broth
- Fresh parsley and lemon slices for serving
- Pasta, rice, or crusty bread for serving
Instructions
- Season the shrimp. Toss shrimp with LL Lemon Soul Seasoning until evenly coated. Let sit 10 minutes while you prep other ingredients.
- Sauté the garlic. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant — don’t let it brown.
- Cook the shrimp. Add shrimp in a single layer. Cook 2 minutes per side until pink and curled. Work in batches if needed.
- Build the sauce. Add white wine (or broth) and lemon juice to the pan. Let it bubble and reduce for 2 minutes.
- Finish and serve. Toss shrimp back in the sauce, add lemon zest, and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread.
