Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons LL Lemon Soul Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh dill and parsley for garnish
- Lemon slices for serving
Instructions
- Season the salmon. Pat fillets dry and coat both sides with LL Lemon Soul Seasoning. Let sit 10 minutes.
- Sear skin-side down. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon skin-side down and cook 4 minutes without moving.
- Add butter and garlic. Flip salmon. Add butter and garlic to the pan. Spoon the melted butter over the fillets as they cook, 3β4 more minutes.
- Finish with lemon. Squeeze lemon juice over the salmon and sprinkle with zest. Cook 1 more minute.
- Serve. Plate with fresh dill, parsley, and lemon slices. Pairs beautifully with roasted asparagus, quinoa, or a simple green salad.
