Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards, are non-returnable. For EU orders, a 14-day cooling-off period applies. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval, and for delays beyond 15 business days, please contact us. For exchanges, return the item and place a new order after approval.
