Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at ll@llkitchenmeals.com for instructions and a return shipping label. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported immediately for resolution. Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards, are non-returnable. For EU orders, a 14-day cooling-off period applies. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval, and for delays beyond 15 business days, please contact us. For exchanges, return the item and place a new order after approval.
